SCHEDULING / MANAGED CARE - Track patient appointments and encounters by provider, resource, location, and user-established groups effortlessly with Accumedic’s Appointment Scheduling / Medical Scheduling Software Programs Programs. AccuMed’s integrated Managed Care module tracks authorizations and referrals, and prompts for co-pay and deductible payments. Additionally, the Medical Scheduling Software Programs’ charge entry cross-referencing feature allows for claims to be created from appointment information, thereby eliminating duplication of data entry.

ELECTRONIC REMITTANCE ADVICE - The Medical Practice Management Software’s ERA module posts electronic remittance files containing full Explanation Of Medical Benefits (EOB), detailed payment, or denial information for every claim. Once posted, outstanding balances can be crossed over to the next level of responsible insurance payer (or to the guarantors) by the AccuMed™ auto-crossover function. The ERA module integrates seamlessly with Accumedic’s ANSI 835 Remittance HIPAA Compliance Medical Billing Software.

CUSTOM REPORTS DESIGNER
Create reports, statements, encounter forms, recall letters, etc. specifically designed to meet the needs of your practice. The Medical Practice Management Software’s user-defined report generator allows you to simply print, save to a file, or view on screen the requested information. Reports can also be exported to a wide variety of formats including MS Excel, Adobe PDF, HTML, and many more.  This module produces Custom Reports seamlessly with Accumedic’s Electronic Medical Record Interface.

TABLET PC EDITION
The AccuMed for Windows Tablet PC Edition was designed to allow providers with convenient portable access to patient information. Working in tandem with the Medical Practice Management Software Solution and the scheduling module, the Tablet PC enables users to remotely and in Real Time, view and edit detailed daily & weekly appointment schedules, patient demographics and encounter information. Accumedic's cutting edge research and development team developed the Tablet PC Edition for use with the MS Windows XO Tablet PC operating system, maintaining consistency of AccuMed™ products within the Windows platform.
